Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (MY) invites an experienced Delivery & Deployment Excellence Lead - APAC to coordinate regional readiness, testing and deployment of Oracle EBS upgrades. You will translate global strategy into APAC actions, work with business and technology teams, and oversee go-live and stabilization across multiple entities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance, or equivalent.
8–12 years in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, or change execution.
Experience leading regional readiness, testing, cutover and go-live.
Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills.
Ability to work across functions, cultures, regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
Translate global direction into regional actions and plans.
Coordinate testing cycles: system integration, UAT, regression.
Drive deployment milestones and manage risks.
Collaborate with global program leadership and regional entities.
