Job summary

ResMed (UK) is seeking a Delivery & Deployment Excellence Lead for APAC to drive regional readiness, testing, cutover and go-live for Oracle EBS upgrades. You will translate global program direction into actionable APAC plans, partnering with regional business leaders and trading entities to maximize deployment value.

You will lead regional execution across business requirements, manage risks, and influence stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and stabilization of new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, business deployment or change execution.
• Experience leading regional readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for large-scale technology or process changes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for Oracle EBS upgrades.
• Partner with global program leadership and APAC entities to translate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Drive adoption, readiness measures and issue resolution to ensure deployment success.
• Coordinate regional change management, training and stakeholder engagement to support business readiness.
