Job summary

Medifox DAN GmbH is seeking an Delivery & Deployment Excellence Lead - APAC to drive regional readiness, solution quality and successful adoption of Oracle EBS upgrades across APAC. You will connect global program direction with regional execution, ensuring business teams are prepared for testing, cutover, go-live and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance, or equivalent.
• 8–12 years in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery or change execution.
• Experience leading regional readiness, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional entities to assess requirements and align with ERP upgrade roadmap.
• Lead regional execution across testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization.
• Translate global strategy into APAC execution plans.
• Coordinate change management, training, communications.
• Manage risks, dependencies and deployment health across APAC.
• Drive adoption and post-go-live performance review.
