ResMed is seeking a Delivery & Deployment Excellence Lead for APAC to oversee business readiness, solution quality, deployment excellence and adoption of Oracle EBS upgrades across the region.

The role links global program direction with regional execution, translating strategy into regional actions and shaping priorities to maximize business value and standardize processes. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance or related discipline.
• Typically 8–12 years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, business deployment, testing or change execution.
• Experience leading regional readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for large-scale technology or process change.

Responsabilités

• Partner with regional entities to assess requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Shape regional priorities and align with upgrade roadmap and global objectives.
• Lead regional execution across testing, deployment, cutover, go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate change management, communications, training and adoption activities.
• Provide decision-ready recommendations and surface regional risks and dependencies.
