Qualifications

• Ability to design scalable operating models and KPIs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across APAC.
• Develop and optimize operating models, workflows, KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee data analytics, dashboards, and predictive insights for decision‑making.
• Manage a team of project managers and data analysts, mentoring growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.
