Job summary

Partex.AI is seeking a VP/Assistant VP/Senior Director of Business Development in Singapore to lead BI and licensing efforts across APAC, with emphasis on Oncology and Immunology. You will build senior relationships with pharma/biotech companies and drive out-licensing, co-development, and licensing negotiations from first contact to term sheet.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/biotech licensing, a strong deal sheet, and a solid APAC network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven pharma/biotech in-licensing and/or out-licensing experience.
• Strong exposure to Oncology and/or Immunology.
• Established APAC network across Pharma/Biotech.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders incl. C-level.
• Excellent English communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD for Partex.AI's Oncology and Immunology portfolio across APAC.
• Identify and engage pharmaceutical and biotech partners for outlicensing opportunities.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across Pharma/Biotech.
• Drive opportunities from initial outreach through valuation and due diligence.
• Lead or support term-sheet and licensing negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic licensing opportunities.
