Job summary

BitGo is seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to own and drive MAS-regulated Singapore onboarding. You'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle, mentor an Onboarding Associate, and shape the onboarding operating model as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client onboarding or KYB/AML operations
• 1–2 years leading or owning an onboarding function
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements and expectations around KYB/AML onboarding
• Experience supporting external audits or regulatory reviews, including evidencing controls
• Ability to balance regulatory risk with onboarding efficiency and client experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Review and progress onboarding applications end to end with high execution quality
• Manage onboarding queues and SLAs to maintain throughput
• Identify information gaps and request data efficiently
• Partner with Compliance on reviews and escalations
• Own client offboarding end to end, including wind-down and documentation
• Draft and manage client-facing exit communications
• Lead APAC onboarding function and establish high execution standards
• Define and improve onboarding processes, controls, and metrics
• Support audits and regulatory examinations with documentation and evidence
• Remediate audit findings and track actions to closure
