Job summary

BitGo Singapore seeks an experienced Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end client onboarding function for its MAS-regulated entity. You will manage onboarding cases directly, mentor an Onboarding Associate, and help establish strong operating standards across the function.

You will partner with Compliance, Sales, and Operations, balance regulatory requirements with client experience, and drive process improvements in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client onboarding or KYB/AML operations.
• Experience leading onboarding function (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong MAS regulatory knowledge on KYB and AML.
• Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proactive problem solving and process improvements.
• Mandarin language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and progress onboarding applications end to end with high accuracy.
• Manage onboarding queues to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Identify information gaps and request data efficiently to reduce friction.
• Partner with Compliance on escalations and reviews.
• Own client offboarding end to end, including sanctions and wind-downs.
• Draft and manage client-facing exit communications with proper documentation.
