Job summary

OFX Singapore Pte. Limited is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding & Monitoring Lead to drive compliant onboarding and ongoing due diligence across Singapore and APAC.

You will lead the team in handling MAS AML/CFT requirements, ensure accurate onboarding, monitoring, and escalation of regulatory risks. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams, mentor staff, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in AML/CTF, financial crime, or CDD roles within a regulated financial services or FinTech environment in Singapore.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience in onboarding, compliance or monitoring functions within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage operational teams in a regulated environment with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and monitoring activities in Singapore and APAC; oversee MAS AML/CFT compliant processes.
• Oversee EDD and customer risk rating refreshes and escalate where needed.
• Coach and develop team members; oversee performance management and resource planning.
