Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an NPI Engineer to drive new product introductions from concept to mass production. You will lead NPI activities, coordinate timelines, and ensure on-time launches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will champion DFM and APQP, develop essential manufacturing and quality documentation, and partner with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to enable smooth transfer and ramp-up.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in NPI, Program Management, Process Engineering, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting.
Effective communication, teamwork and project management capabilities.
Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and cleanroom setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate NPI activities with timelines and milestones to ensure on-time launches.
Drive DFM initiatives and APQP methodologies to minimize risks and improve quality.
Develop and maintain manufacturing and quality docs (BOMs, process flows, control plans, FMEAs, SPC, QC procedures).
Identify opportunities for process optimization to boost product quality, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain for successful transfer and ramp-up.
