Job summary

Abbott seeks a dynamic General Manager Neuromodulation APAC to lead the business across the Asia Pacific region from Singapore. This strategic role focuses on growth, market strategy, and operational excellence, while building strong relationships with clinicians, payors, distributors, and government bodies.

You will be part of the Neuromodulation International Leadership Team, aligning regional priorities with global objectives and driving sustainable results across multi-country operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proven track record in growing regional or international markets and driving P&L.
• Willingness to travel extensively (APAC and internationally, ~50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear growth strategy for the APAC region and translate it into regional plans.
• Lead APAC business with full P&L accountability and deliver growth.
• Engage partners, distributors, and healthcare stakeholders to strengthen performance.
• Drive commercial excellence across sales and marketing activities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, HR, Legal, and IT.
• Represent Abbott and Neuromodulation in the APAC healthcare community.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and local regulations.
