CHARTERHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Network SRE Lead to drive network service reliability, governance and operational excellence across the APAC region.
The role focuses on establishing SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, and dashboards while leading automation and RCA initiatives to improve service quality and reduce operational risk. You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations and business stakeholders to ensure readiness and successful delivery, while overseeing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Network Infrastructure, Network Operations, SRE or Service Management.
- Leadership experience managing regional/global teams.
- Hands-on with network monitoring, observability, automation and service reliability practices.
- Experience with ITSM, incident, problem, change management and governance.
Responsabilités
- Lead governance, standards, policies and controls across APAC.
- Drive service reliability, availability, resilience and continuous improvement for enterprise network services.
- Establish and manage SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, alerts, reporting and health dashboards.
- Lead automation and RCA initiatives to improve service quality and reduce risk.
- Manage network asset lifecycle, vendor performance, maintenance contracts and telecom services.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, cybersecurity, and risk management requirements.
- Govern vulnerability management, patch compliance and remediation programmes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations and business stakeholders for readiness and delivery.
