Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking an experienced Network SRE Lead to drive reliability and governance for APAC network services. You will establish SLIs/SLOs, monitor dashboards, and lead automation efforts while managing regional teams and vendor relationships.

The role requires hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN, data centre, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, and network security, with strong ITSM experience and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Network Infrastructure, Operations, SRE, or Service Management.
• Leadership experience with regional/global teams.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, Data Centre, Cloud Connectivity, SD-WAN, and Network Security.
• Experience in ITSM, incident, problem, and change management, governance, and excellence.
• Hands-on with network monitoring, observability, automation, and reliability practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead network governance, operational standards, policies, and controls across APAC.
• Drive service reliability, availability, resilience, and continuous improvement across enterprise network services.

• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, cybersecurity, and risk management requirements.
• Govern network vulnerability management, patch compliance, and remediation programmes.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network governance, operational standards, policies, and controls across APAC.
• Drive service reliability, availability, resilience, and continuous improvement across enterprise network services.
• Establish and manage service reliability metrics (SLIs/SLOs), monitoring, alerting, reporting, and service health dashboards.
• Lead automation, problem management, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational excellence initiatives to improve service quality and reduce operational risk.
• Manage network asset lifecycle, vendor performance, maintenance contracts, software subscriptions, and telecommunications services.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, cybersecurity, and risk management requirements.
• Govern network vulnerability management, patch compliance, and remediation programmes.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and successful service delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Network Operations, Service Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Service Management.
• Leadership experience managing regional or global teams.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, Data Centre, Cloud Connectivity, SD-WAN, and Network Security.
• Experience in ITSM, incident, problem, and change management, service governance, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring, observability, automation, and service reliability practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

• Banking or financial services experience.
• ITIL certification or equivalent.
• Experience with automation and scripting.
• CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
