Job summary

FACEBOOK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Network Development Manager to join the APAC network infrastructure group. You will lead network investments through capacity and dark fiber leases and acquisitions, and develop scalable, reliable infrastructure for Meta.

You will manage global suppliers with an APAC focus, coordinate with engineering and legal, and drive end-to-end project execution while partnering with finance on budgets and long-range plans. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.Sc. or equivalent in a technical or business-related field.
• Experience in fiber infrastructure, capacity planning, and carrier market players.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply strategies for capacity connecting and expanding CDN network.
• Manage a portfolio of infrastructure suppliers globally with APAC focus.
• Identify suppliers, negotiate terms with engineering and legal teams.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure projects.
• Oversee contracts lifecycle and supplier invoicing.
