Job summary

DuPont is seeking an experienced APEC Marketing Communications Specialist to lead integrated marketing communications programs across the Asia Pacific region, reporting to the Global Marketing Communications Leader.

You will partner with regional and global stakeholders to develop content, execute campaigns, support product launches, and enhance brand visibility, with strong project management and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, corporate communications, or B2B marketing within a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong content development, copywriting, and storytelling skills across digital, print, video, event, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated marketing communications programs across APEC, supporting business growth, product launches, customer engagement, and brand-building initiatives.
• Support selected global marketing initiatives and campaigns, partnering with global stakeholders to develop, adapt, and deploy content and communications across regions.
• Create compelling marketing content and communication assets for APEC and global initiatives, adapting messaging for diverse audiences including North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific stakeholders.
• Develop and manage marketing content across brochures, presentations, websites, videos, case studies, email campaigns, social media, trade shows, and thought leadership assets.
• Lead end-to-end project management of marketing communications initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
