Head of Marketing & Communications, APAC
The Head of Marketing is a Mid-Level leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This position oversees all marketing functions, including digital, brand, communications, and campaign management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Define short‑term and long‑term marketing objectives and KPIs. Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Team Management & Budget Control: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse marketing team across regions. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Brand & Communication: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Manage internal and external communications to strengthen brand reputation. Proven track record in driving brand growth and managing multi‑channel campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation. Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using tools like Google Analytics and other AI tools.
- Customer Engagement: Manage the customer lifecycle by turning prospects into leads, converting leads to customers, engaging and retaining new customers, developing existing relationships, and reactivating lost or inactive customers.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and HR teams to align marketing initiatives. Support go‑to‑market strategies and product launches.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports for leadership, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and governance.

- Technical: Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics, CRM systems, Budget Management and Forecasting.

- Experience in a regional or global role within a large organization.
- Knowledge of industry‑specific trends and challenges in the APAC region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and responsibility for the APAC region (China, Korea, India preferred).
- Certifications such as PCM or Digital Marketing Pro are a plus.
