Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior business development and sales leader to grow our Managed Services business across APAC, focusing on Application Managed Services (AMS) and Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS).

The role targets winning new enterprise clients, expanding existing accounts and closing long-term contracts. You will develop APAC sales strategies, identify new markets and strategic opportunities, and drive renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Services, Managed Services, System Integrators, or Technology Consulting.
• At least 5 years in a senior sales or business development leadership role.
• Strong experience selling Application Managed Services (AMS) and Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS).
• Proven track record of closing large, complex and multi-year managed services deals.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, SLAs, KPIs, service transition, governance, and managed services models.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with pricing, margins, P&L, forecasting, and business cases.
• Experience with a System Integrator or Managed Services Provider is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC sales and business development strategies for AMS and IMS.
• Identify new clients, markets, strategic accounts, and business opportunities.
• Drive new sales, account growth, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
• Lead large, multi-year managed services deals, including RFPs/RFIs, proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with delivery, architecture, finance, and marketing for client onboarding and growth.
• Support pricing, commercial models, margins, transition plans, SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
• Identify opportunities in Cloud, AIOps, DevOps/DevSecOps, Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace.
