Job summary

J.P. Morgan's APAC Wholesale KYC Operations team in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented professional to support onboarding and remediation of client relationships, coordinating with legal, compliance and operations to ensure timely KYC documentation and approvals.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI to enhance the KYC process, managing periodic refresh requests, and driving change across the region while maintaining strong controls and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in KYC / Onboarding functions.
• Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of multiple client types (Corporates, FIs, FinTechs, SPV, Trust, Funds).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and automation/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and KYC onboarding, remediation and renewal requests end-to-end.
• Identify process improvements, including leveraging AI for KYC.
• Drive transformation programs and change management.
• Guide clients through KYC requirements and documentation variations.
• Analyze client ownership structures using public sources and documents.
• Ensure onboarding is completed within agreed timeframes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Credit and Operations to manage risks and information flow.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and process updates.
• Support production and management of key management metrics and reporting.
• Initiate and lead regional or global projects.
