Job summary

Wireless Logic is expanding its APAC IT support footprint, providing regional IT services, systems administration and security operations support for the APAC region.

The successful candidate will handle 1st/2nd line support, device provisioning, Microsoft 365 administration, and collaboration tools across multi-site offices. We offer a hybrid working model and modern office spaces to support flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting end users in a multi-site business environment.
• Experience working within a Service Desk or IT Operations function.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for APAC users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device and connectivity issues.
• Procure, deploy and support laptops and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Escalate complex issues to Group IT teams where required.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
• Coordinate local vendors and ISP providers.
• Support office moves, changes and technology deployments.
