Job summary

FPT ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to deliver Level 1/2 support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, AD Entra ID, and network access across APAC.

The role includes onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and project support. A diploma/degree in IT and 1–3 years of hands-on experience are required, with strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, onsite availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT support, desktop support or service desk.
• Hands-on with Windows, macOS, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID.
• Basic LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, endpoint security.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to provide onsite support and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Onboard/offboard employees: devices, accounts, access, email, and security.
• Provide Level 1–2 support via onsite, remote, phone, email, and ticketing.
• Configure and maintain end-user devices, OS, M365, networks, VPNs, printers.
• Administer AD, Entra ID, IAM, endpoint security, software deployment, updates.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement, inventory, licensing, warranty, disposal.
• Coordinate IT projects: meetings, deployments, relocations, cloud migration, DR.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and document SOPs.
• Provide PMO support: plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder follow-ups.
