Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business / Functional Analyst to support delivery and enhancement of Payment and Cash Management solutions across the APAC region. You will work closely with business, operations, technology teams and external vendors to translate needs into functional requirements and support projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

The role requires strong functional knowledge of Payments and Cash Management, particularly domestic and international

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional Analysis focused on Payments/Cash Management.
• Strong knowledge of Payments and Cash Management, including domestic and international processing.
• Understanding of payment orchestration and treasury services.
• Experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle: analysis, design, testing, deployment.
• Familiarity with APAC payment processing and clearing flows (e.g., FAST, MEPS+, CHATS, RTGS).
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 or legacy payment messaging standards is advantageous.
• Experience writing user stories, functional requirements, and interface specifications.
• Hands-on experience with SIT/UAT testing and defect management.
• Ability to work with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• BA certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end business and functional analysis for Payments & Cash Management initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for technology teams and vendors.
• Review SIT/UAT test scenarios and help resolve defects.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology and external partners to manage dependencies.
• Maintain and update interface documentation and process flows.
