Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for a role supporting the Head of APAC Digital. You will manage the Digital budget and actuals and assist in coordinating regional projects, working with BU CIOs and tower leads.

In addition, you will provide executive support to the CDIO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks, and you will organise internal events such as Townhalls to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Management of Digital Budget and Actuals.
• Oversee and track CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring alignment with financial plans and forecasts.
• Track and assist in reporting for critical regional projects and programs, working with BU CIOs and tower leads.
• Executive Support for Head of APAC Digital: secretary to the CDIO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks.
• Organize and set up internal events such as Townhalls, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.
