Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Solid experience in enterprise IT operations and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, IT demand management, budgeting processes, and regional IT service management in a multinational environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the quality and performance of IT services across the APAC region, ensuring they meet business expectations and agreed service levels.
• Manage regional IT budget planning and forecasting and capture business requirements via global IT demand management.
• Lead service escalations, incident resolution, and problem management with regional and global teams.
• Promote operational excellence by adopting corporate IT standards, processes, and best practices across the region.
