Job summary

Smart IMS Inc in Singapore is hiring an IT Risk & Control Specialist to support a top global investment bank client. The role focuses on implementing the bank's risk framework, governance routines, and ensuring control gaps are identified and remediated, while promoting a strong risk culture across teams.

You will drive end-to-end risk management (ERP, RCSA, eRIC, SIAI, JDI, AIAI, RIAI), oversee QA testing, business continuity for applications, and regulatory changes across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT risk/audit within banking.
• Industry certifications (CISA, CISM, COBIT) preferred.
• Experience executing risk initiatives in tech risk, compliance or audits.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk engagement, end-to-end risk management and issue identification across ERP, RCSA, eRIC, SIAI, JDI, AIAI, RIAI.
• Lead QA testing, business continuity for applications, and risk governance initiatives with tools like JIRA.
• Manage senior stakeholder communications and reporting.
• Develop and socialize risk mitigation strategies and promote risk culture.
• Coordinate regulatory changes impacting technology and operations and drive mitigation programs.
