Job summary

Adecco is seeking an APAC IT & Digital Intern to support regional digital transformation and IT initiatives across multiple countries from January 2027, in a full-time internship in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience in technology projects, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and innovation within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in technology and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commit to at least 9 months of full-time internship from Jan 2027 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Support regional IT and digital initiatives across APAC.
• Coordinate activities, prepare documentation, and track deliverables.
• Research emerging technologies to inform decisions.
• Assist with IT process improvements, UAT, and support.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for regional IT leadership.
• Analyze data to support technology adoption reporting.
• Collaborate with APAC IT teams across countries.
• Prepare presentations to convey initiatives.
• Benchmark best practices to improve operations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced region.
