Job summary

Adecco is seeking an APAC IT & Digital Intern to support regional digital transformation and IT initiatives across multiple countries from January 2027, in a full-time internship in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience in technology projects, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and innovation within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support regional IT and digital initiatives across APAC.

• Prepare dashboards and reports for regional IT leadership.

As an APAC IT & Digital Intern, you will support regional digital transformation and IT initiatives across multiple countries, gaining practical experience in technology projects, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and innovation within a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional digital transformation and IT initiatives across APAC to drive technology adoption and innovation
• Coordinate project activities, prepare detailed documentation, and track deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Research emerging technologies such as AI, automation, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital workplace solutions to inform strategic decisions
• Assist with IT process improvements, conduct system testing (UAT), and provide operational support to enhance IT service delivery
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and project trackers for regional IT leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Analyze operational data to support technology adoption reporting and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
• Collaborate with APAC IT teams across multiple countries to support regional meetings and foster stakeholder engagement
• Prepare presentations and communications to effectively convey technology initiatives across the region
• Benchmark competitors and best practices to explore new technology solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced regional environment
