Job summary

The Adecco Group Singapore is seeking an APAC IT & Digital Intern to kick-start a career in technology and digital transformation. You will support regional initiatives across APAC, assist with IT operations, analytics, and project tracking, and collaborate with regional leaders on technology initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in CS/IT/Software Engineering/Data Science & Analytics or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced regional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support regional digital transformation and IT initiatives across APAC.
• Coordinate project activities, prepare documentation, and track deliverables.
• Research emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and digital workplace solutions.
• Assist with IT operations, data analytics, and testing.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and project trackers for regional IT leadership.
• Analyze operational data and support technology adoption reporting.
• Collaborate with APAC IT teams across multiple countries and support regional meetings.
• Prepare presentations and communications for technology initiatives.
