Guidesify PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an AI & Digital Solutions Intern for a 6-month period (Nov 2026–Apr 2027). You will support the CTO in client engagement through digital channels and web development projects, learning modern web workflows and applying AI tools to prototype ideas.

The role blends web app development with digital strategy, offering hands-on experience, exposure to client interactions, and a path toward a full-time opportunity in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Polytechnic, A‑Levels, or University education.
• Able to commit full-time for 6 months.
• Strong written communication skills with an interest in web design and digital media.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn modern web workflows.
• Strong sense of ownership from task initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of website design projects for clients.
• Use modern web tools and AI coding assistants to build, test, and maintain client sites.
• Ensure all web projects maintain clean layout standards, proper site flow, and good user experience.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and draft digital content.
• Learn and apply SEO techniques to boost content visibility.
• Measure, analyze, and report on website and marketing campaign results.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and client demo setups as needed.
• Must be comfortable handling CATS.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to team success.

Role: AI & Digital Solutions Intern (6 Months)

Commitment Period: November 2026 to April 2027

As an AI & Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the CTO in engaging our clients and stakeholders through our digital channels and web development projects.

We build fast and leverage modern tools. In this role, you are encouraged to use AI coding assistants and workflows to speed up build times and prototype creative ideas, while learning how to maintain a clean site structure, ensure quality control, and conduct testing.

This position gives you a hands‑on blend of Web app development and digital strategy, preparing you to step into any fast‑paced tech or media environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI

• Take ownership of website design projects for clients, ensuring apps are user‑friendly and responsive.
• Use modern web tools and AI coding assistants to build, test, and maintain client sites efficiently.
• Ensure all web projects maintain clean layout standards, proper site flow, and good user experience.

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and draft digital content.
• Learn and apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to boost content visibility.
• Measure, analyze, and report on website and marketing campaign results.

Ad-hoc Tasks

• Assist with marketing campaigns and client demo setups as needed.
• Must be comfortable handling CATS
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to team success.

Optional / Preferred Skills

• Coding & AI Tooling (Huge Plus): Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Experience or interest in using AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT) to build apps faster.
• Sales & Client Relations: Demonstrates strong communication skills. There is an opportunity to engage with clients, propose IT solutions, and assist with sales activities—with commissions provided for successful conversions.
