Job summary

DSV APAC is seeking a Business Analyst (Inventory & Performance Management) to govern regional logistics, inventory control, and data integrity across Spoke Warehouses in APAC. You will lead RCCA for discrepancies, develop Looker Studio/BigQuery dashboards, and monitor KPIs like OTS, OTIF, and IFD while coordinating SCRAs and data validation.

The role combines program management with analytics to drive inventory accuracy, data integrity, and cross-system reconciliation between gWMS and SAP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
Extensive professional experience in regional inventory management, contract logistics, or supply chain analytics across multi-country networks.
Technical proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and Looker Studio to troubleshoot and optimize dashboards.
Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP platforms (gWMS, SAP) and RCCA.
Knowledge of core supply chain metrics (OTS, OTIF, IFD, Dock-to-Stock).

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory governance, cycle counting, and accuracy targets across regional warehouses.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Looker Studio and BigQuery dashboards for leadership.
Identify, track, and resolve system deltas between WMS and SAP S/4HANA using reconciliation tools.
Manage inventory moves, adjustments, and excess sweeps with four-eyes authorization for high-value changes.
Support operational ticketing and resource management, including data validation and performance packs.
