Job summary

MKI IT Solutions (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead planning, delivery and governance of enterprise IT infrastructure programs across the Asia Pacific region.

You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements through migration and operational transition, coordinating multiple vendors and regional IT teams. You will act as the primary interface to Tokyo headquarters and regional customers, chair governance and executive meetings in Japanese, and

Qualifications

• Native-level business Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) and professional working proficiency in English are mandatory.
• Extensive experience chairing steering committees or executive reporting meetings in Japanese for Japan-based HQ or Japanese customers.
• Hands-on delivery accountability for multi-site, multi-country infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-country infrastructure programs (network, security, IAM, endpoint management, wireless, monitoring, cloud/M365).
• Establish and manage program governance, budgets, staffing, risks, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Chair progress and executive meetings in Japanese for Tokyo HQ, prepare decision papers and risk summaries in business Japanese.
• Manage vendors across RFP/RFQ, quotations, contract review, cost control, and post-award performance.
• Review designs, migration plans, testing strategies, and risk mitigation; coordinate complex dependencies.
• Coordinate local IT supervisors and shared service teams across countries for consistent rollout and security compliance.
• Govern migrations and incident recoveries, with go/no-go decisions, rollback, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide monthly delivery status and financial reporting to MKI-AP and Tokyo HQ.
