Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) APAC within the Surgical Vision Supply Chain. You will lead the regional IBP process, aligning commercial demand, supply capabilities, and financial targets across Asia Pacific.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Global Planning, and Supply Chain leaders to drive planning excellence, scenario management, and business continuity for a high-growth portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of IBP, supply chain, or related experience.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Integrated Business Planning process for the Surgical Vision portfolio.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Global Planning, and Supply Chain leaders.
• Translate market dynamics into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive planning excellence, scenario management, and governance.
• Champion digital transformation and capability development across IBP.
