Job summary

The Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision unit in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, IBP APAC to lead the regional IBP process, aligning commercial aims with operational capabilities and financial commitments.

You will connect Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain leaders to deliver a single view for exec decisions, drive scenario planning, and champion planning excellence and continuous improvement across APAC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive IBP, supply chain, or related roles.
Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industries.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC IBP for Surgical Vision portfolio, aligning demand, supply, and financial targets.
Integrate market insights and portfolio strategies into a regional view.
Drive scenario planning, risk mitigation, and governance for planning excellence.
Develop a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory and quality standards.
