Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a high-potential individual for the Contract HR Management Trainee – APAC Regional Programme. The role offers exposure to three structured rotations over 18 months, regional projects across APAC, and cross-functional assignments with multiple teams.

You will build HR expertise, supporting day-to-day activities and leadership development programmes while collaborating with mentors and managers to deliver impactful outcomes in a dynamic regional environment.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong academic achievements and extracurricular involvement advantageous.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Power BI, SQL, data analytics, programming or other digital tools advantageous.
• Must be mobile and willing to travel / undertake regional assignments across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3 structured developmental rotations throughout the 18-month programme.
• Support HR projects and day-to-day activities within assigned functions.
• Undertake regional projects and attachments across APAC markets.
• Work on cross-functional assignments with different teams and business units.
• Participate in structured on-the-job training, formal learning and leadership development programmes.
• Develop HR functional expertise, business acumen and leadership capabilities through hands-on assignments.
• Work closely with managers and mentors on business projects and initiatives.
• Participate in regular performance reviews, coaching and career development discussions.
• Apply analytical and digital tools to support projects and business activities where relevant.
• Gain exposure to different APAC markets, cultures and business operations.
