Job summary

WEWORK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Head of Community to lead APAC's hospitality frontier, aligning member experience, brand standards, and operations across markets. You will build and empower a regional team of Area Directors, partner with executive leadership, and translate global strategy into local engagement and performance.

You will drive NPS, retention, and portfolio health while scaling programs that elevate premium experiences and operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years leading large-scale operations within hospitality, premium retail, or multi-site property management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing asset budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Member Experience and drive portfolio NPS across APAC.
• Optimize building operations and OPEX while maintaining brand standards.
• Lead regional strategy with cross-functional alignment and governance across entities.
• Centralize and manage Area Directors; build talent development and succession plans.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and eNPS across the portfolio.
