Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Proven track record using data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Ability to adapt priorities quickly in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for APAC GTM roles.
• Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies.
• Track hiring metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Build and manage talent pipelines with sourcing plans.
• Conduct market research on APAC talent trends.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal.
