Job summary

CXC in Singapore is seeking a proactive GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support an upcoming hiring surge across APAC. You will partner with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across Sales, Customer Success and other Go-To-Market roles.

The role requires 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience, experience recruiting for GTM functions, and strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Singapore recruitment experience and Singapore citizenship or PR are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience, either in agency or in-house environments.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market roles.
• Exposure to the SaaS, technology, or high-growth business environment.
• Ability to manage recruitment activities independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Singapore recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Go-To-Market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and other commercial roles
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across APAC markets
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide recruitment market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with a global Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure processes are completed efficiently
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
• Support hiring initiatives as recruitment demand scales across the region
