Job summary
Stripe is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter for APAC based in Singapore to scale our GTM teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Operations, partnering with senior leaders to translate business needs into hires and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

- 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior leaders.
- Ability to use data insights to improve recruiting processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and capacity to adapt.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM APAC, focusing on growth in Singapore.
- Develop and execute hiring strategy with senior leaders.
- Deliver best-in-class candidate experience and maintain pipelines.
- Track metrics and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
