Job summary

PaleBlueDot AI is seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Support specialist to back the APAC BD and Enterprise Sales teams from Singapore. You will provide rapid-response troubleshooting, enable PoC configurations, and manage onboarding for new enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, maintain a library of FAQs, and document recurring issues for engineering teams, ensuring SLAs and sales cycles are supported with technical clarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support, sales engineering support, or cloud operations role.
• Strong foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts: VMs, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, networking, Linux/CLI.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of technical response for inbound inquiries from prospects generated by the BD team.
• Prepare demo environments, test PoC configurations, and gather logs for complex issues.
• Create and maintain technical FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and quick-start docs.
• Onboard new Enterprise customers and enable timely resource provisioning.
• Provide tier-2 technical support for key accounts during pilots or initial deployment.
