Zusammenfassung

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic Governance & Experience professional to drive APAC compliance across sellers, products and creators.

The role focuses on translating complex regulations into actionable business strategies and product solutions, while leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and scalable risk governance across the region. You will build analytical frameworks, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Government Relations to align

Qualifikationen

Requires strong data-driven approach to governance and risk management.
Ability to design risk detection rules and tiered governance with end-to-end ownership.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering and legal.

Aufgaben

Drive APAC compliance strategies for sellers, products, and creators.
Translate regulations into executable business strategies and product solutions.
Lead platform risk identification and governance framework design.
Build analytics frameworks and monitoring metrics to detect key business issues.
Own end-to-end delivery of key regional initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to post-launch review.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, payments, legal, government relations and PR to align stakeholders.
