Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Head of Global Experience Network, APAC to lead the GEN across APAC, driving agency performance, transformation, governance and customer experience. Reporting to the APAC CEO, you will translate group priorities into consistent execution and deliver sustainable improvements, while strengthening accountability across the agency network.

This role demands 10+ years of senior leadership experience, strong governance and budgeting skills, and a global, results‑oriented

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience across agency/network management, operations, finance or customer experience.
• Proven track record of improving performance across multi-country or multi-entity environments.
• Strong governance, budgeting, productivity improvement, change leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the APAC agency performance agenda with clear objectives and KPIs for the network.
• Strengthen network governance, accountability, scorecards and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive sustainable performance improvements with General Managers focusing on productivity and cost per TEU.
• Lead the regional business excellence roadmap and partner with Head Office and regional teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Standardise processes and controls across APAC agencies while balancing local market needs.
• Oversee annual agency budgeting, operating expenses, and financial reporting to ensure value delivery.
• Propose investments, resource allocation and operating-model decisions to support growth.
• Ensure benefits from improvement programmes are realized and embedded in ongoing routines.
• Develop Agency General Managers through coaching and talent planning.
• Foster cross-agency collaboration and share proven practices across APAC GEN.
