Job summary

CMA CGM in Singapore seeks a seasoned leader to head the Global Experience Network (GEN) across APAC, driving agency performance, transformation, customer experience, governance, productivity and financial stewardship.

You will translate Group priorities into consistent execution across the agency network, strengthen accountability, develop Agency General Managers, oversee budgeting, and partner with Head Office and regional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership across agency/network management.
• Proven track record across multi-country environments.
• Strong governance, budgeting, productivity improvement and change leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and financial acumen.
• Experience in shipping, logistics or related complex service networks.
• Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualification in business/finance/operations.

Responsibilities

• Set the APAC agency performance agenda with KPIs and expectations for the agency network.
• Strengthen network governance and accountability with clear scorecards and escalation.
• Drive sustainable performance improvement focusing on productivity and cost per TEU.
• Lead business excellence and transformation initiatives with Head Office and regional teams.
• Standardise and improve processes and operating practices across APAC.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, cash matters and cost-control measures.
• Shape resource and operating-model decisions to support growth.
• Develop Agency General Managers and leadership capability.
• Foster a high-performing APAC GEN community and cross-agency collaboration.
• Partner with Group GEN and regional leaders to align standards with APAC realities.
• Contribute to strategic and organisational change across the network.
