Job summary

The CMA CGM Group is seeking the Head of Cost & Revenue Control, APAC, based in Singapore. This senior role partners with regional leadership, agencies, operations, GBS and Head Office to protect margins, improve cost accuracy and inform strategic decisions across the APAC region.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, stakeholder management and analytical rigor to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations and drive transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team focused on Efficiency and P2P, enabling regional finance and operations priorities.
• Supervise cost control across regional sites to ensure accuracy, discipline and value creation.
• Define risks and objectives with GBS, Regional Office and agencies aligned to margin improvement.
• Monitor cost control performance and provide insights and follow-up actions to stakeholders.
• Implement SOPs and guidelines to group cost control departments region-wide.
• Drive initiatives to improve operating margin with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure tariff accuracy via standardized dashboards for in-scope agreements.
• Analyze carrier OPEX, local revenue and agility performance to drive efficiency.
• Organize on-site missions at agency sites and shared service centers within regional scope.
• Escalate key issues and ensure action follow-up with Head Office.
