Qualifications

10+ years in Middle Office operations and funds services.
Experience in product management, lifecycle, and GTM strategy.
Leads across multi-function/global teams with influence.
Strong decision making, clear communication to senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for Funds MO across APAC.
Oversee day-to-day MO functions ensuring quality client experience.
Lead analytics and reporting product development aligned to regional needs.
Define value propositions and segmentation for MO products in APAC.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, ops, tech, and support.
