Citi Commercial Bank Asia is seeking a VP Loan Product Manager to focus on the CCB loan product and capital management across Asia, based in Singapore. The role defines a strategic product offering, builds a strong risk framework and drives sustainable loan growth across the region.

The incumbent will oversee Lower Left targets, coordinate with regional teams, and lead efforts to improve efficiency and client experience through collaboration with ICM, O&T and Loan Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in banking, product/loan management or related activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals.
• Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Support regional ambitions for sustainable loan growth through oversight of loan product offering, delivery channel, governance and risk.
• Prepare lending transactions for presentation at key forums with senior management.
• Direct and own Lower Left targets and Client Financials methodology changes with global teams.
• Collaborate with local Loan Champions on origination, returns improvement and product initiatives.
• Provide analysis to develop and broaden loan product offerings considering competition and strategy.
• Track loan product profitability and performance against targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analyses to ensure best-in-class client experience.
• Partner with ICM, O&T and Loan Operations to improve efficiency and client experience across the lending platform.
