Job summary

Moody's is hiring Associate Director - AFC Product Management in Singapore to lead regional product strategy for anti-financial crime solutions. You will steer market needs into product requirements, collaborate with APAC sales, research, and solution teams, and drive regional campaigns and collateral development.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions, communicating complex concepts clearly while managing multiple stakeholders and evolving regulatory

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in compliance/AML or regulatory roles in banks or AFC/KYC vendors.
• Strong AML/fraud prevention knowledge and regional market trends.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with product development lifecycles for compliance tools.
• Familiarity with global/regulatory expectations, especially KYC.
• Collaborative across teams with strong prioritization skills.
• Interest in responsible AI practices and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Regional business development and growth with APAC sales and strategy teams.
• Manage stakeholder requirements, priorities, and changes as needed.
• Translate market/regulatory themes into product requirements.
• Lead and participate in regional marketing campaigns.
• Develop product use cases and relevant marketing collateral.
• Support deal qualifications, RFP/RFI scoping, and pipelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Research for feature feedback.
• Provide training and enablement to Sales for pre-sale activities.
