Job summary

Bank of Singapore, part of OCBC Group, seeks a seasoned Head of Product & Business Management in Singapore to lead CIO P&BM across mutual funds, in-house funds and alternatives.

You will drive product lifecycle management, risk governance and strategic initiatives, coordinate with front office, legal, compliance and regional partners, and oversee reporting, budgeting and headcount related to the CIO portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires solid experience with senior management in business management, risk and governance, and change management.
• Experience within private banking or asset management environments preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product lifecycle management across CIO products and offerings.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, tax, and service providers on product agreements and documentation.
• Lead business risk management and governance initiatives for CIO portfolios.
• Deliver regular management reporting and drive strategic transformation projects across BOS/OCBC group.
