Job summary

Aberdeen Investments in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Strategy and Development for the APAC region. You will lead product strategy in APAC and collaborate with the EMEA product team to ensure alignment and execution.

The role requires deep experience in product development, regulatory knowledge across APAC, and strong relationships with senior investors and stakeholders. English and Mandarin language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of product experience with knowledge of Luxembourg SICAV and regulatory environment within APAC.
• In-depth knowledge of investment capabilities and products for high‑level discussions with strategic investors.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships across the industry at senior levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence decisions.
• English required; Mandarin is an advantage due to market coverage.

Responsibilities

• Drive APAC product strategy in close collaboration with the EMEA product team.
• Develop and test new concepts; capture regional opportunities with distribution, product and investments teams.
• Lead product development initiatives and governance to embed offerings in the business.
• Identify risks/issues early and provide viable solutions for timely delivery.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and assess impact on new and existing offerings.
