Job summary

Citi CLSA in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to locate potential clients in the fund industry, drive APAC revenue growth, and build a robust pipeline across Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds, and Hedge Funds. You will shape growth strategies, engage stakeholders at all levels, and leverage an established network of influencers to deliver on targets.

The role requires 7+ years in fund/financial services with strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business or related discipline.
7+ years in fund, financial solutions, or corporate solutions in Singapore.
Experience in client services or relationship management.
Existing network of third party influencers and business contacts preferred.
Strong communication in English and Chinese; knowledge of Singapore VCC and offshore funds.

Responsibilities

Locate and identify potential clients within the fund industry.
Contribute to new client acquisitions and increase revenue in APAC.
Develop a strong pipeline of profitable opportunities across Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds and Hedge Funds.
Develop and establish business development growth strategies.
Collaborate with management team to update new products and market trends.
Develop and manage a network of third party influencers and business contacts.
Build, manage and progress a pipeline of new business opportunities.
