Job summary

Arup invites a seasoned FP&A leader to join the APAC Finance team in Singapore. You will partner with the APAC CFO and regional leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, performance reporting and actionable decision support across multiple geographies.

You will drive forecasting, planning, and management information, linking financial results to operational drivers and strategic initiatives, with a focus on forward-looking insights and risk identification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of performance management including planning, forecasting, profitability, revenue, costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial analysis, insights and decision support for APAC priorities.
• Strengthen APAC finance business partnering across ANZ, SEA and East Asia.
• Develop and enhance APAC management reporting and executive presentations.
