Michael Page on behalf of our client, an international asset management group investing in data centres, seeks a Regional Finance Leader to drive budgeting, reporting and tax compliance across APAC.

You will lead budgeting/forecasting, regional tax and compliance management, and treasury activities, partnering with project teams, investors and lenders to ensure accurate, timely financial insights. 10+ years' regional finance experience required.

Qualificações

• CA/CPA/ACCA with 10+ years regional finance experience.
• Experience in data centre, real estate, REITs, energy or infrastructure.
• Hands-on APAC taxation and compliance expertise.
• Proven consolidation across multiple legal entities.
• Advanced FP&A, budgeting and modelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across APAC data centre projects.
• Manage regional tax filings and compliance for APAC.
• Oversee treasury, cash pooling and intercompany funding.
• Coordinate with investors and lenders on reporting and variances.
